Hey, me too. I ordered mine on 28 or 29 Nov 17 but have heard nothing since BUT l have recieved a bill but still no phone. How can I get a bill for a service that I havent activated yet because I DONT HAVE MY PHONE!.
Tried talking to OPTUS online but they said to speak to the store, tried calling the store but can't get past the automated sentry to speak to anyone about whats happening. This is worse than Telstra and I hate Telstra!!!!!!!!!!!!
