iphone 8 delivery unknown already been three weeks

We ordered a new iPhone 8 on 17th January. We were told delivery would be in 5 days.

Three weeks (21 days) later we still have not received the phone.

The customer number is: 127843022A

phone number: *hidden*

sales order no: 2804955

Ordered from: Optus store, Erina Fair, Terrigal Drive, Erina.

We are now being charged for the new phone which is not in our possession!!

We are considering totally cancelling this order and not dealing with Optus again.

Please advise by ringing on the number above.
