hey you guys wont let me activate my service due to verifying my id i dont know how to and the app wont let me message you guys or anything because i want to rent an ipad pro from you guys and it says to login so i put in my details but wont let me log in to the account

Are you seeing the not enough information to verify your ID prompt? If so, send our Social media response team a message. We'll just need to make sure that your contact information is correct. 


If necessary, they'll be able to go in and update that for you. You can find the guys on Facebook and Twitter
