I have an iphone x and it was working fine until today. it wont connect to the internet. my wifi works and it is connecting to optus. but it wont connect to the internet on my data and on my wifi. tried restoring the phone to factory and it didnt help. my internet is fine becuase my ipad works just my iphone is having these problems.
it wont place calls either but says it has full bar connection on 4G
Only other thing I can think of outside of a faulty device is an issue with your Optus account. Is it fully paid up? No crazy big charges recently like international roaming?
