I'm not sure if someone experienced this. I just to chat someone on Optus chat box to trade up my plan. I have been told the iPhone SE advertised on the website is not in the system. They only have the iPhone SE that has four colours: grey, silver, gold and rose gold. I'm very confused. On Apple store and Optus website, the iPhone SE is listed in 3 colours: black, white and red.
It's really hard to talk to the specialist. They just repeat: sorry we don't have iPhone SE 2nd gen in the system.
Thanks for the reply. Called and solved. Got the 2nd gen iPhone SE. I think the person on the other side of the chatbox just doesn't familiar with the new product. This also happened when I call the local Optus store. They keep telling me they have silver, grey, gold, and rose gold.
