iPad mini

Hi

Having trouble logging in to Optus Sport from iPad keeps telling me oops something went wrong. Tried resetting password but does not recognise email. 
No problem logging in from desk top computer though. 
Could someone please advise what to do ? Have tried deleting app & re downloading. iPad is up to date.

Sorry to hear you've had some troubles logging into the Optus Sport App.


There was recently an update to the Optus Sport App. Have you assured it's currently up to date?

Version 4.1.4 is that the latest ?
