iPad Deals delivery times

I originally placed my order on the 15th of December, then after being stuck on a Temp Order Number they recreated my order on the 21st of December. I still haven't received anything or any update. I still can't get onto Chat or the phones without a 90min wait. Yet they still advertise the iPad as being available and a 1-3 Day Delivery time. Woeful customer service.

Hey @Rockford, you've now received a confirmed order/tracking reference? These are 7 digit numbers beginning with the number 5.

Have you tried tracking the progress of your order via https://www.optus.com.au/for-you/support/getting-started/welcome?
