how do I have a live chat

Can anyone tell me how do I have a live chat on a computer or is there only live chat on mobiles

Hey optdeb, you can use our 24/7 chat on the MyOptus App or click here if you prefer chat on a computer 🙂

Hey Davies0412 - very sorry for the late reply to your post. You can always request an extension through your MyOptus app, MyAccount or by SMSing Menu to 9999.
