Wrong delivery Address

I orderd the Iphone 8 special on line, Entered the correct delivery address ( Fyshwick ACT) and a week later it was delivered to Wentworth in Sydney. Have been told we have to wait for over a week to get the phone that was ordered in January. How do I get this sorted faster when it is Optus who has mucked up the address.

Thank you Shae for linking me in to the reply for Maddie. With me the address has all ways been Fyshwick ACT to Sydney NSW. This is a very big stuff up on Optus part.

Hmm, do you have the order reference number on hand? You can track the progress of your delivery via https://sttrackandtrace.startrack.com.au/.

 

If the handset hasn't been collected within a specified number of days, it'll be returned to our warehouse in NSW.

 

We can email Startrack on your behalf and confirm whether we can arrange for the handset to be sent to the correct delivery address. If the device has already been returned, we'll need to arrange a new handset for you.
