Received an email this morning:
“Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you soon. “
However status is still in progress and StarTrack.optus is unable to find order...
anyone else get get an email this morning?

I like most most people here are annoyed and frustrated. So I just cancelled my order. We can whinge all we like, but Optus will keep doing this as it thinks we will just cop it and wait.
It’s not like the phones are not available elsewhere. It might help to get Optus to look at their process for next time if more people cancel..... I have been with them since 1995; they’ve never been this bad before and should be told so.
