I ordered a 256GB Space Grey iPhone 8 Plus last Tuesday 14/11 and I received a confirmation on the 15/11.
However, according to the tracking Optus are waiting for the iPhone to arrive at the warehouse.
While I understand it would take a few days to ship, I would have liked a warning when ordering. I would have just bought it in store rather than wait possibly a week (time to get to warehouse + time to ship to me).
Anyone know what the ETA on iPhone 8 / 8 Plus is?

Looking at the website all iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus models are in stock so standard delivery time frames apply. That'd be 1-3 bus days for metro and up to 5 for rural I think. I'd jump onto Live Chat and make sure everything is ok if I were you - http://yesopt.us/chat2us

Just had a chat to support and I've been given an estimate of the next 2-3 business days.
It's my first time ordering online and probably last, fuss-free but living regionally it takes too long.

Actually they are not in stock! I have Been waiting since 17/11 and still no having my phone. I would rather had purchased in the store! I regret have ordered on the website . I have contacted chat and customer service 7 times and the answer is the same there are no in stock and I should wait for my phone to be allocated.
