Waiting on iPhone X

Ordered iPhone X 256gb on the 26th August, 

still waiting on any information regarding how long it’ll take to arrive. 

Any infomation would be great

Good morning @Bradsmith, what sort of confirmation have you received from us thus far?

 

Did we give you an order reference beginning with the letter T, or a confirmed 8-digit order reference number? 

 

Have you tried tracing your order via our order track and trace page

I received a tracking number via email but there is no information availible, 

i have been told that the phone is out of stock with no known time to when it’ll be back in stock. 

Not exactly helpful using the chat app.
