Hi Everyone, does anyone came across usage display problem for National Calls on the Yes Optus app? I can see my data usage but not the usage for national calls, i deleted the app and then reinstalled but did not fix the problem ,
Hey @_April_ - thanks for reaching out. If your plan includes unlimited standard national calls, you won't be able to track your usage through the My Optus App. However, you are correct in saying you can find this information by logging in to your My Account. Any questions please let us know.
