Hey guys, I’m having trouble with My Optus app on my iPhone, I can not receive my verification code... I tried many times but I don’t get the SMS. Is there anything wrong with my number? Am I not the real deal? Please help

Were you connected to a WiFi network when attempting to login to the My Optus app? You need to ensure that you're on the cellular network when you're attempting to use the app for the first time.
If that doesn't work, the next option is to uninstall and reinstall the app. You could also try clearing the app cookies/cache.
