I recently migrated from Virgin Mobile to Optus; received the new SIM and all worked nicely. However, I cannot login to the My Optus App on my iPhone 6s; I have deleted / re-installed the app; tried it on other mobile handsets and it will just not work. The app starts but it will not accept my login credentials. I can successfully login via the Optus Web Site but not via the iPhone app. Can you please assist?, thank you.
