Texts not sending

My phone isn't sending or receiving text messages only Imessages, It is vital that I am able to receive them as I am expecting a text from Optus about an order I have made and if I don't respond within 5 days the order will be cancelled. I have tried all the troubleshooting and everything else I possibly could so now I'm just desperate to figure out how to fix it.

@lillydower   Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

I am an Optus user.
