System Unavailable - Error's accessing my account

Hi,

 

I'm gettting:

  • the error (see image) when I try and access my account from my laptop.
  • and when I try and acccess my account via my iPhone I get this error: "System Unavailable. We're having technical difficulties right now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

Can someone suggest how I get this fixed.

Do you access it via a bookmark on your computer? The link might have changed which means your bookmark is now broken. Try going to optus.com.au/myaccount to double check
