Slow Mobil speed

New to Optus and my Mobil speeds are very slow

Can you provide more information please?

 

- What location?

- Is it specific locations or everywhere?

- What device?

- Tried your SIM in another device?

- Have you reset your network settings?

- Have you restarted (turn off/turned on) phone?
