Hi, I have a current contract with iPad Pro with remaining 8 repayments and now I have replace it with a new iPad Air contract. The payout figure provided for the old device is given, however, I am paying one more cycle in few days time (which remaining cycle will reduce to 7) before receiving new device. Will the device payout recalculate and also the data plan will take effect until the new device is dispatched?

@conangirl This is a public forum and not a direct support point for Optus. Yes Crowd cannot access or view customer accounts/orders.
The extra payment will reduce the payout figure.
My understanding of how this will work is a new device and another contract. So once the new iPad is delivered you will have two active devices and two active contracts until you cancel the contract for the old device. The payout figure would have been supplied for the time of your enquiry.
