I got stuck in India due to Covid 19. So I want to hold or stop my current plan for 3 months. But I haven’t got any feedback from optus. I did call and try to message in the app but unable to login and reset my password as well. If anyone can help me plz do ASAP
If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details mentioning you are overseas and unable to use the Messenger service.
