Can I use my existing date plan to purchase interest free plan for new devices?

Can only "attach" a handset to an in-market new plan.
You cannot add it to your existing plan (unless thats also one of the new ones).

Hi @MaverickSTK, thanks for reaching out to us here.  Please bear in mind, the device payment plan is only eligible on current in-market offers so if you have an older plan, you'll need to switch to one of the new plans.

Check out our mobile phone plans for further details on the latest offers available.

Alternatively, if you're an existing Optus customer, have a chat to our Sales team on a smart device via our Messaging service on the My Optus app 24/7 and they'll run through the plans with you and how to proceed.
