My order was submitted on 7/5/2019. But I haven't heard anything from Optus since then. How long my order will be delivered. Asked staff on live chat but always said it has not been allocated yet.
Do you have an order number with an A at the end? Or is a a temp order?
Yes I have a permanent order no. Ending with A. One of their employee replied that they are awaiting the delivery of latest 5g sim cards and will ship the product as soon as they get the sim cards
