I have called and live chatted multiple times and no luck... My Number share is currently active... wtf Optus..

number share not working


after many tries, calls to your technical dept yesterday, 6 resets, 6 reinstalls of my wearable app i cannot get the mobile network working on my galaxy watch.

All i get is, you number share is already active, contact 133937 for help to manage your number sharing.

Optus, after 6 phone calls, say that the number share is deactivated. 

So now what, i cannot do anything, cannot setup my watch.
