Online order

Hi there,
On Wednesday night I ordered a new phone on a plan with Optus online. I haven't heard anything yet and it's been a few days. Is there something else I'm meant to do or is it simply because of the current stress on the world at the moment? I'm more than happy to wait as I understand certain people should take priority, just a little confused and worried.

I'm afraid we don't have visibility of customer orders here on our public forum, you are likely correct in saying it's due to the current stress on the world at the moment 🙂 It can take up to 48 hours for the Sales Support team to process the order but probably a bit longer at the moment.
