Hi, changed from iPhone 11 Pro to 11 pro max and number share is not working. Get a message saying the Optus service is active but it won’t connect to new phone. Contacted Optus but consultant was not able to help

If the error says number share is activate means your number share is active with different phone or eSim card , So you have to contact Optus to decativate the current active eSIm card and try set up the new phone again . It will work 🙂
