Number Share with with IWatch

Bought a new Apple Iwatch with cellular and been trying to activate the number share - it doesn't work. Called Optus maybe 6-8 times, different consultant each time, none of them was able to give an answer why the number share wouldn't work. Shouldn't be too difficult however it's been 3 days still trying to solve the issue.

Hi @E_Sezgin, it's not good to see you're experiencing this issue activating your number share. Have you followed the steps in our Number Share guide to activate number share? 

If you do continue to experience difficulties with that, please send our technical teams a message directly via the My Optus App for further assistance.

We have followed every step and contacted optus technical support number of times, however it is still not working. The funny thing is optus already invoiced me for the number share where the service never worked/activated.

@E_Sezgin If you've had no luck with getting Number Sharing activated with our Tech Support teams, please send the official Optus Facebook page or Twitter page a PM/DM and they will have this investigated and/or escalated for you. 

With regards to the Number Share charge, the team will also be able to have that waived for you since it hasn't been properly activated and you were unable to use the feature.

The problem hasn’t been resolved yet, it’s been nearly 10 days optus working on the case...very disappointed customer 😔😔😔
