Not getting SMS verification texts through?

Hi Team,

 

I have been having an issue getting any security codes through to my number. As its tax time its been paainful having to change settings on MyGov, but have previously noticed it on Uber and even my bank app. I get text sometimes which are seemingly for another person that must have previously had my number. Can I fix this?

Thanks for raising this with us. That is certainly quite strange.


Have you been able to reset your phones Network Settings to see if this fixes the issue?
