New Sim not activating

I just got my optus sim card today and i did everything right to activate it and it said it would send me a message when it was all set up it also said it could take up to four hours but it’s been over four hours now and i’ve got no messages and it still says SOS only. What do i do?

yea I'm having the same trouble with my sim

can't do anything with my phone cant recharge and all I want is to know my phucking phone number
