I wonder if the sim card has died? Any chance you could try a family member or friends SIM to see if atleast the phone is working?
Have you tried calling the number to see if it rings? Reason why I ask as t's possible the number may of been ported away in a fraud event?

Sorry about your mobile coverage issue, @Kanchu. How is the service now? Did you get a chance to speak with someone in this regards since posting? If the issue still persist then raise it with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further.
