My optus app

Basically whenever i try to login it tells me that my service isn't active or registered and tells me to use live chat to talk to someone which isn't working for some reason either so here i am.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Doing that usually fixes any bugs. Let us know how you go. Ev

Yeah I’ve tried that multiple times but it hasn’t worked

Have you been able to use the app previously?

 

Which plan is your mobile on? (some aren't eligible) 

 

Are you able to create a My Account profile?

 

I'm not sure what could be causing this so we'll need to troubleshoot a little more.
