'For You' page on My Optus App doesn't load. I have try deleting/reinstalling the app multiple times. Didn't fix the problem. I can see my name on the top of the page, but the rest is blanc white. It tries to load but then the data usage never appears. I have escalated this to IT today (Inc no. 180790542) but wondering if there is any tip from this forum.
Hmm, I'd try clearing the apps cached data/documents.
Tap on settings → General → Scroll down to iPhone storage → Navigate down to the My Optus app → Delete app
Let us know how that goes, otherwise we may have to wait for the outcome of the IT case that's been raised.
