I am unable to log in to the mobile app or online account to check my bill etc. it constantly asks for verification, even when I’m following the verification link and steps. I have done live chat with no outcome. My partner and I changed over to Optus from Telstra in January. At least the Telstra app worked >.<
I need to get in to see if my account is accurate - my partner and I were supposed to get a joint bill but I am only being charged for mine and I’m worried his bill is being neglected and will be overdue. I tried explaining this in the live chat but they didn’t understand. It’s driving me nuts!
