Could you tell me what this charge is for please

This means you are paying off the handset over 36 months (now on month 4 of 36 months)

That would be what the $20 charge is, it should be on your previous bills as well.

Thank you   Paddylee yes that is what it is.  My accounts have been a bit messy for the last few months,  as I’ve changed plans, upgraded phone, returned lease phone, removed a mobile off my account.
