We have lost or got stolen the original iphone 8 that was connected to optus.
We rang Optus and had that sim blocked/locked and then had a replacement sim issued.
Since then, we have not been able to connect to the internet on the new phone (iphone 😎 outside of wifi.
We have tried all the usual fixes and nothing has worked.
Are there any other fixes that anyone knows of?

Hi @Macka4867, even if the sim is replaced the barring's on the service (applied due to lost / stolen phone) needs to be removed. It seems your barring`s are not removed.
