Insurance claim

Hi Optus,

I have lodged my insurance claim online and is still waiting for someone to contact me with next step. Can you please advise what I need to do to fast track my claim so that i can get my device repaired?

There is impact to our standard insurance processing time-frames.


"Due to COVID-19 impacts on our Customer Care teams, we're currently experiencing long delays processing Device Protect insurance claims. As a result of these delays,we are currently unable to meet the time frames for replacing or repairing devices listed below. We'll be prioritising claims based on functionality and damage to the device."
