IPad Pro online order

I ordered Ipad pro at 30/05/2019. I haven’t got any email since I finished my ID check. I asked it through live chat and he said my order is on the process and will get a confirmation email soon. But I haven’t got anything from Optus. I could not wait any longer. I would like to cancel my order.

Hi Seyeon, not good to hear about the order, they're in stock for all of the models. Have you been able to speak to live chat
