I am still waiting for my transfer across from Telstra to Optus to activate

i transfeted my optus number to telstra on 13 may. like 6 days and still hasnt d0ne it. i got a message from telstra saying thankyou and it should complete in 24 hrs and still nothing has been done

Just a heads up jacetinson as per the red advisory message when you posted your question that we don't have access to or visibility of customer accounts or orders here on our public forum.

If you’re still needing a hand, we recommend messaging us via the My Optus App. The team is available 24/7 and are ready to assist customers as quickly as possible.

If for some reason you’re unable to, if you have a social media account, please then send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter  with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.
