Help about Processing

Hello, I recently ordered a I PAD Pro 2020 Plan but my order is stuck on processing. It says up most it should take is 48 hours, but I have been waiting over 5 days. I tried calling Optus but they said they are closed. Attempting to login the Optus app on my phone does not work at all. I want to know how long will it take for the order process since I need my I pad asap for work. If I cannot get any update on my device soon I will have to cancel the order since this has been a massive headache because everything is closed or buggy or not working at all. I cant even sign in properly.
