Please email any reply to hidden. As I can't receive emails to my optusnet address, sending replies there is useless. I have just wasted 90 minutes so far for help on the Optus phoneline, which is my only other option as I can't use email. Optus' system is appalling. I am being refused access to my emails because my password has been rejected by the system. There is a suggestion that my member number begins with hidden something has been changed. This is ridiculous!!!! The system is sending me round in circles. How can I change my password when I am not allowed into the system because my password is not being accepted?
