My optusnet email is not receiving or sending emails. It keeps asking for my password. I believe I have the correct password, but it does not recognize it. When I try to change the password the system sends me round in circles. How can I either confirm the password on my Mac or change it when I can't log in?
@pbandse Applications, Utilities Keychain Access and search for Optus.
Some devices by default capitalise the first letter when entering data.
Are you using webmail, Mail or another email app?
