Device limit exceede

I only have two devices registered and cannot watch on AppleTv - my main device - even when the iphone app is off. Help please! I have deleted AppleTV app and reinstalled and issue still not resolved. It was ok last night, what's going on?

Hello Spk33, I'm very sorry for the delay. Have you since reached out to one of our support channels to request help with this? I'm not entirely sure how it has happened but it sounds like you have four devices registered for your Optus Sports account. You'll need to remove any that shouldn't be there. To do this, please log into your account here. Once logged in, click the Optus logo on the top-right corner and select settings. On this page you should see a 'Devices' tab. This is where you can make changes to your registered devices. If you have any trouble doing this, please speak with our Support Team here

The first thing I checked was to confirm that I only have two devices registered - one iPhone and one AppleTV - so clearly the problem was not from exceeding the device limit. It was obviously a system problem as I could watch the Live TV channelbut not any "On Demand"games. Having said this the problem, which it seems other users were also experiencing at a similar time, was corrected by the boffins at command central.
