Why’s it that I ordered an Apple Watch and AirPods but only received my Apple Watch and no one can help me! I’ve called and messaged but either get put on hold for transferred for 10 mins or no one answers my messages?!
@JaimeAshleigh Toll who handle Optus Logistics was hacked for the second time this year earlier this month and systems have been shut down. There is a shortage of stock of all sorts of technology equipment due to COVID 19. Optus overseas call centres have been closed due to COVID19 and the new local staff have been thrown into the deep end.
