Data not connecting

My phone is not recognising data connection. Data is on and there is 20g available. We have switched the phone on and off. How can we connect to data?

Hi Aaiken,

Has it worked previously or have you got a new phone?

What phone is it? Does it work with Wifi only?

Can you try your SIM in another phone? If it doesn't work as well in another phone it sounds like data has been disconnected on the Optus end for some reason and you'll need to contact them to enable it.
