So i have been reading the forums and i see people talking about Confirmation. All i got was an email with subject line saying 'here's all you need to know' and then in the email it starts off with 'Hi, thanks for choosing Optus. Your order is on its way.' Am i supposed to get another email talking about a confirmation??
p.s. i called in on the 6th of November and talking to someone from Optus and signed up for the new plan through her.
You should of gotten a email something like this:
Once you get 'Your phone is now active. Please turn it off and then back on. For help with your phone, please visit handset help & support' status then you just have to wait for it to get sent to Startrack warehouse, then couried to you, which could take a week and currently where I am in the ordeal.
My advice, if you have your order number, check to see if its waiting to come to the Optus warehouse. If you dont have a order number yet, get on chat and get that number.
