Hi @MaraMum, so sorry for this, there is an issue impacting some customer's mobile service. Our tech teams are working urgently to fix this and we hope to have everything resolved really soon.
CAn you advise when services could be restored - I have Elderly parents with medical conditions and I have two teenage boys on a week long retreat for the Amry Cadets that I would like to be able to have some form of contact with . I have had to search high and low to gain some sort of information about this outage - and could not get any information.
