I have a new apple i watch, when I try to connect the mobile data through the setup app it asked for my account username and password, when i enter the required details it rejects with the message “your user name or password is incorrect “ thing is i can log into my Optus account on a web browser no trouble at all.
I have contacted Optus an hav had my password changed and same problem,
