My old iPhone battery was failing so setup call forwarding to another device. Purchased new iPhone 12 mini and put in my prepaid sim and I can’t cancel the call forwarding on phone. Optus app says no call forwarding is on as well. Help please
Have you also tried to turn off the call forwarding for your service directly from your new phone? If you haven't tried this yet, you can do so using the steps listed under the Via Mobile section on our Manage call diversions on your Mobile Phone support page.
