Am in the US and use pre-paid and so bought the add on. I can't send sms or make calls and although wifi is working, on the screen it says SOS only. Does anyone have any ideas as I can't ring tech support and no one is responding in tech support chat!
Did you activate international roaming on your service?
If you can get a WiFi connection and have the MyOptusApp installed, go to Service > Service Settings to activate/check.
