Hi Have an Iphone 6, and running on 4G and 3G but experiencing call drop outs in recent 3 weeks. Why? Will it improve?

Is it in one location you are having these drop outs?
Are you reporting these to Optus on 133 343 (using a phone that isn't the phone suffering the "Drop outs")
What if you put the SIM in another device, do the drop outs continue?
