Beats with phone plan

I upgraded my phone to a more expensive plan as I was told I would receive the beats promotion with my change of plan. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t received a text message for the promotion yet. Should I just wait longer or do I need to do anything to generate the text message?

I would chat to Optus billing and get them to push it through, it likely just needs to be nudged through.
